May, who was profoundly drunk upon his arrest, was spotted by Lincoln County Constable Delbert Mitchell after noticing a suspicious vehicle parked near the Pilot Baptist Church cemetery in Stanford, Kentucky. According to the Mirror, Mitchell called out to May, who quickly responded with the simple explanation of being rather busy digging up his dead father so that he could finish an argument. May is being charged with violating a grave, public intoxication, and possession of marijuana.
